While there are no returns due to the hand-made nature of my items, your satisfaction is very important to me. I strive to give each customer 100%. Feel free to contact me to discuss any necessary details when ordering and please report any problems or damage right away when you receive your order.

Turnaround Time

In Stock Non Custom Items
Most items will ship out within 24-72 hours. Additional time may be needed for personalized or multiple item orders.

Custom Items
Off Season~ Jan.-Aug. Please allow 1-2 weeks. Additional time may be needed for personalization or multiple item orders.

Holiday Season ~ Sept.- Dec. Please allow 2-4 weeks. The holiday season is the busiest time of the year for ordering. Hand painted ornaments are the most popular, one of a kind and labor intensive. Orders are done on a first come first serve basis. There is no way of knowing how many orders will come in or how long they will take so it is advised to order early in the season to ensure Christmas delivery. Extra time may be needed for multiple items ordered. While I can not guarantee delivery by Christmas for custom orders received after October,31st , I will do everything possible to still get orders done and accept orders right until the week of Christmas. If you are ordering hand painted ornaments or any custom items after October 31st and are worried about not receiving  them  in time for Christmas, it is best to contact me prior to placing the order. I can give you the update on where I am with orders and your chance of receiving custom items  in time.

Payment
Payment is accepted thru Paypal and Personal Checks. Please allow personal checks to clear before order can be shipped out or personalized items  can be started. Personal checks must be received  within 10 days from the date of ordering or your order will be cancelled.   In stock items paid by personal checks can not be held for more than 10 days and pricing can not be guaranteed on  any items.

Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS. Out of state orders are shipped USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail. Orders over $100.00 and heavy items are subject to additional shipping charges.
